The Cork Volunteer Awards aim to celebrate and recognise the thousands of remarkable people across Cork who selflessly give their time and talent to benefit their local communities.
Awards Categories include:
- Cork Volunteer of the Year – Overall Winner (C103)
- Volunteer of the Year – (North Cork / East Cork / West Cork / North City / South City) – Organisations can nominate their volunteers in this category.
- Volunteer of the Year – Youth Award (Under 18) (OTTERBOX)
- Volunteer of the Year – Student Award (Third Level)
- Volunteer of the Year – Group Award (Cork City PPN) : Recognising the achievement of a group of 3 or more volunteers incl. corporate or team volunteers.
- Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Achievement Award (First South Credit Union)
- Volunteer of the Year – Board Member
The inaugural Cork Volunteer Awards Ceremony, hosted by Cork Volunteer Centre and C103 will take place on Friday 11 October at the Kingsley Hotel, Carrigrohane Rd.
