An Introduction To “Psyched”

This is a workplace mental health workshop and is open to everyone, including SME’s, Community Centres and the Self employed, as well as those working or volunteering in community groups.

The workshop will introduce “Psyched”, which stands for Positive Support You Can Have Every Day). Psyched is an inter-agency group under the umbrella of Cork Healthy Cities.
