The U-Clinic Project offers free and confidential therapy online in the Polish language, for anyone who is experiencing anxiety, or has underlying health issues and is in self-isolation.
The offer is 6 free online appointments (to the end of July 20)

This service can only support people with mild to moderate mental health/wellbeing issues such as anxiety, stress, mild to moderate depression etc.
