Applications are sought for this new and exciting post for someone who is good at engaging with people, has a knowledge of the broad range of supports and services provided by community and voluntary organisations and works from an awareness of the social determinants of health.

The post will be managed by the Ballyphehane Togher CDP CLG, a community anchor project with a significant track record in community health work, promoting positive social and mental health and working collaboratively with a range of statutory agencies and community organisations from an equality and social justice perspective.

The post holder will also have a reporting relationship to the Local Working group for Health & Well Being Community Prescribing and Cork Kerry Healthy Ireland Implementation Steering Group (Cork Kerry Community Healthcare).
