Overview

The Men's Shed Association is the umbrella organisation for Ballincollig Men's Shed. Our main objective is to support men with personal health, company and support through activities. Activities include physical activities, mental health activities, woodwork, boardgames, gardening, music, arts and crafts, community based projects and Day Trips away. Personal training is provided via the H.S.E., the E.T.B. and other training bodies. We depend on funds via Cork City Council, H.S.E. and other charitable bodies. Additionally, on occasion we have provided outdoor furniture for local schools, etc. We meet socially on Tuesday evenings at Ballincollig Family Resource Centre and the shed activities take place at Sonas House Station Road on Thursdays and Saturdays.
