Overview

The Community Centre was set up to serve the needs of the people of Blackpool and surrounding areas. The prime objective was to house medical services, and we still have two doctors and a public health nurse practicing from the Centre. We are home to a vibrant Youth Club and Over 60's Club, Blackpool Historical Society, Little Sisters of the Assumption - Mission Development Office, Alcoholics Anonymous & Al-Anon. Many other groups have meetings and offices in the Centre and Together Razem set up a Ukrainian Hub this year, Together4Ukraine. Other groups include: Foodcloud, Indoor Bowls, Soccer Referee Society, Citizens Information, Coolmine and Irish Conversation for Adults.
