Overview

We are a group of Esan ethnic group from Edo state Nigeria. our aim is to promote our culture (in terms of our tradition, food, music and dance) in the diaspora here in Cork and celebrate our cultural heritage. We promote community engagement and community cohesion for all members which aims to reduce social isolation by creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with one another and the wider Cork community. We also help to raise awareness on mental health issues among our ethnic group; promote integration and active participation in our communities.
