Overview

Green Spine Garden and Community group was established to initiate community enhancement through environmental/biodiversity/art projects with local groups and the support of community organisations in the Gurranabraher/Churchfield area. First project to date has been the regenerated roof garden in The Hut Community Centre Gurranabraher offering workshops and a place to relax to the greater public. Green Spine's future projects will see a collaboration of local volunteer groups, Youth Work Ireland,Cork Community Trust, Before 5 Family Centre CLG, Cork City Partnership, Sprigg's Rd Community House and Parish Council. Supported by HAZ and Cork City Council.
