Overview

Trees Please is a Cork City based voluntary run group, set up in 2019 with the coming together of a group of people with a mission to plant as many trees as possible. The group distributed 3000+ trees in the 2021/2022 growing season. The group has a mini nursery in Churchfield allotments, kindly offered by Cork City Council. Activities include promoting seed collecting and growing of trees, running fundraisers to buy young trees to distribute, seeking out growing places and running workshops and tree walks. New volunteers and collaborations always welcome!
