Inspired by the growing evidence in the field of Kindness and Compassion, this workshop has been developed by HSE colleagues across Psychology, HR, Nursing and Health Promotion as a Healthy Ireland initiative. An emphasis on compassion in the workplace fits with an expanding focus on the centrality of interpersonal connection and the role relationships play on the quality of performance and general wellness at work.
This workshop has only capacity for 25 staff so book early to avoid disappointment.

Psyched in partnership with Cork Age Friendly City Programme are delighted to host this workshop during Lifelong Learning Festival. This workshop will be facilitated by HSE, Senior Clinical Psychologist, Judy Wall and will includes an outline of some of the opportunities and challenges that come with growing older in Ireland. Whether you have just retired or considering retirement or an older person, this workshop is for you.
Time will also be given to looking at ways to better manage some of the challenges using stress management to help you learn some easy to use skills to better care for yourself. Light refreshments will be supplied. Book early to avoid disappointment.
