Time for the Courts’

In a historic action Climate Case Ireland is taking the Irish Government to the High Court in January 2019. Supported by the Friends of the Irish Environment (FIE) this legal action is the first case in Ireland in which citizens are seeking to hold their government accountable for its role in knowingly contributing to dangerous levels of climate change.
