Dear PPN Member,

In order to facilitate the Cork City Public Participation Network (PPN) in carrying out its function, please fill out and submit the below questionnaire indicating the profile, activities and beneficiaries of your organisation. 

This questionnaire is part of a profile by Shared Insight that has been commissioned by the PPN and is designed to uncover the breadth and depth of the community and voluntary contribution to the city so that it can be fully recognised and hopefully, in time, fully resourced. The profile is designed to inform the PPN of the work and interests of their members in order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the PPN in enabling the public to take an active formal role in relevant policy making and oversight committees of Cork City Council.

Complete information will enable the PPN to highlight relevant issues to interested member organisations, to propose member organisations to be represented on Council committees and fora, and to coordinate the participation of the community and voluntary sector and civil society in Council decision making.

All information gathered through the questionnaire will be available to the PPN in its ongoing work but will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to other organisations.
