Cork City South-Central

Overview

We are an urban-based, largely volunteer-run group supported by Cork Healthy Cities. Our work is concerned with reconnecting communities with nature, supporting biodiversity initiatives, and creating and protecting habitats for nature. We plant trees, maintain meadows and connect and support many of the food-growing community gardens across the city. We run and host courses on topics such as seed saving and dye gardens, and have a strong focus on "the work that reconnects" and the fundamentals of eco-arts and eco-literacy.
